Our Theory of Change
If we build deep, locally-led partnerships that deliver integrated programs in education, literacy, leadership development, bodily rights protection, and reproductive health — designed and implemented in collaboration with local leaders and activists who understand their communities' specific barriers — then women and girls will gain the knowledge, skills, health, and safety needed to make informed decisions about their own lives, This will result in women and girls who are educated, healthier, and equipped with the agency and self-determination to shape their own futures and, in turn, strengthen their families and communities.
